LETTERS ™ ™»EDITORTo the editor:We, the young people of Muscatine county, after receiving the alternative of the present gravel pit situation, have reached the following decision.Unless our pits are opened as in previous years, we find it necessary to give the following warning:In past years we have diligently participated in sandbagging during the flood crisis and have done so willingly. By closing down our pits you have deprived us of our only summer recreation area. Is this thethanks we get?
