Deputy Clerk Holland says he well recollects all the circumstances connected with theissuing of the license. Cammack or McCammack, was not drunk at the time. He himself made affidavit, signing the same with his X mark, that ho impediment existed barring the issuance of the license. The name given was Cammack, not McCammack, and with the name so written in the documentithe couple were married, JusticeJames officiating.—Brazil Democrat. The above additional facts iH the McCammack divorce case willmake the affair an exceedingly interesting one. A charge of polygamy will probably be placed before the divorce question is settled.
