Lizzie A/ Harrison oC Sterling wants \ fc a divorce from her husband* William j H„ whom she married Feb. 12, 1W0. |tj and also an injunction restraining him from disponing of any more of his property, which, it is alleged in the bill, defendant Is squaiylering by reason of his prediction for strong drink. The drink habit was commenced four years ago and was continued with such persistence that for the past two j years he has been an habitual drunk* ard. Among other bad things defendant is alleged to have done is to abuse his wife when in his cups and f fJ to remain away from home for days ^ at a time on drunken sprees. On Aug. 23 last he Is said to have slept In the barn and a week later in the wood shed until midnight, until his wife brought him into the house. On the fifth of this month he came home at 1 o'clock and finding the screen dpor hooked, proceeded to cht a holeIn it and threatened to break down the inside door. The separation occurred the seventh of this month and the wife alleges that for ten days prior thereto he did not take off h|s clothes before 1 retiring^ *Other allegations, such as turning their home Into a place of .carousal (luring the temporary absence of the complainant are made. .On the seventh of this month, while the rcotoplainahtir'kas hanging oat thefamily wfcshpmg the-deffaMaaf changedthe locks on the doors/and then re-fftsed admission to this complainant and'W children, competent her and them to seek shelter with neighbors.1 Defendant is alleged* to have prop ptty, consisting of productive real estate, balk stock and notes valued at $26,$50, which is encumbered for $13 000.Mr. Harrises has threatened to dispose of His property. To prevent this, an injunction Is asked, in addition to a decree of divorce, care of the children and alimony. On Sept S, on account of the absence of judges an-thodaed to grant aa injunction. Master la Chancery Woadbatm was appealed to and granted the writ.
