Digney Petition for Divorce DismissedA divorce petition, entered for the November term of district court by Maude Digney, has been ordered dismissed, it was learned today, just a week from the day it was filed for action.In her original petition, Mrs.Digney asked a divorce from her husband, Patrick William Digney, and custody of their two children. William V, Digney, 15, an i Max E Digney. nine. Drunkenness was alleged.
