Digney Petition for Divorce DismissedA divorce petition, entered for the November term of district court by Maude Digney, has been ordered dismissed, it was learned today, just a week from the day it was filed for action.In her original petition, Mrs. Digney asked a divorce from her husband, Patrick William Digney,and custody of their two children. William V. Digney, 15, an 1 Max E Digney, nine. Drunkennesswas alleged.
