Work er at WaterlooPlant Electrocuted; WATERLOO, Sept. 27.George Coffman,. 19, an employe of the Artificial Ice and Fuel company, was electrocuted today when he came in contact with wires on a'crane in the company's plant. Noi one saw the accident,, but it, was : thought that a, ladder on which ho was working fell, throwing him against the wires-■ Coffman was known here under the name of Bill Ciders. He came here recently from Bloomingdale, Ohio, where his parents^ Mr. and Mrs, William Coffman, reside.
