■VGETS DIVORCE ANDGENEROUS ALIMONYMrs. Norton Finch, who resides near Oxford, has been granted a divorce from her husband, awarded $10,000 alimony and $500 attorney fees by Special Judge Ben Carr, sitting in the Benton-Warren circuit court at Williamsport Mrs. Finch alleged cruel and inhuman treatment and proved she had so suffered, to the court, who, besides granting the divorce, alimony and attorney fees, gave her the custody of their 17-year-old son, George Finch. Norton Finch, the defendant, was tried in the court two years ago on the charge of stealing a hog. His attorney, in his argument to the jury, said Finch was perhaps the meanest man in the county, but did not steal the hog. Mrs. Finch, In the evidence introduced, sustained the admission of the attorney, that Finch is really a mean man.
