Rachael Silvers has filed a4petition for divorce from Samuel W. Silvers. The. complaint sets forth a most revolting state of af-I fairs, which, if true, places the defendant in an uneviable position both in regard to the law and morality. After setting forth the prelimary facts the complaint states that they were married January 28th, 1866, and that, while she has been a dutiful wife, the husband has become too intimate with a woman named Ann O. Bowers and since the 24th day of March, of this year has lived in open adultery. The wife sues for divorce, the custody of the four children and alimony in the sum of $300.
