WIFE ASKS DIVORCECharging gross neglect of duty,! Bertha Heidepriem today had filed a petition in common pleas court asking divorce from Harmon Heidepriem, railroader. She also requested care, custody and control of their two daughters, 7 j and 5 years old, and temporary! alimony. They were married! Feb. 9, 1927. IProsecutor Edwin S. Diehl is counsel for the plaintiff.
