One Divorce; Case Is FiledOne decree of divorce granted by Judge Hugh A. Baker and a divorce complaint were filed in district court Tuesday.Mrs. Juanita Ruth Barth was granted custody of two children and awarded $70 per month for their support in her action against Wilbur E. Barth.The court also approved a property settlement which provides Mrs. Barth will receive two insurance policies worth $1,500 and household furnishings. He receives a 1950 Ford, $5,000 insurance policy, guns, painting, desk, radio, camera and mechanics tools.Mrs. Barth was represented by Stephan, Stephan and Heap,- Mrs. Emma Irene Adams charges William Leslie Adams with cruelty. She claims he drank habitually, causing her to leave him in rtcto-ber, 1952. They were married in Houston, Tex„ Jan. 8, 1944, and have six children.She asks custody of the children and their household furnishings. Mrs. Adams also asks the court to affirm his responsibility for maintenance of the children and grant a restraining order to keep him from molesting the family.Max G. Lloyd is her attorney.
