Here they clerk and do their father’s bookkeeping and ordering. In fact, they know the business so well that when Mr. Walper goes into Chicago on business trips they manage the store for him.The twins are both dark-eyed andcurly-haired. They are quiet and unassuming. They have a pleasant manner and make friends easily. Regular customers ask for them when they come into the store.Though twins, they are not identical. They don’t look or dress alike. Each has her own distinct tastes as to dress and hair styles. Each is affable and easy to carry on a conversation with. Both make collecting photographs, particularlythose of babies, their hobby. They love sports of all kinds but do not participate actively in any of them. They enjoy the moviss and attend them often. Each is a home body and abhors publicity.The sisters are inseparable. What one does the other does, where one j goes the other goes. Their love for one another is paramount in their lives. They often tell their friends that they are “two bodies with but I one soul.”The girls have been out of high school for the past two years. In school each was a brilliant scholar and an honor student.Their father has been in the fruit business here in the neighborhood of 17 years.* * *
