reCASE SETTLED IN WARRENCIRCUIT COURTMrs. Norton Finch of Oxford has been granted a decree of divorce and $to,ooo alimony, $500 attorneys fees and court costs in die case of Finch vs Finch recently tried in Warren county circuit court. *The case was filed in March in the Benton County! circuit court by Mrs. Finch for divorce.and $40,000 alimony. Mr. Finch took a change of venue from court and judge to the court at WiHiamsport There it was tried on September 8th and 9th by special judge Benjamin Carr of Monticello, the judge taking his decision tinder advisement for a week. He made a special findind September 16 granting Mrs. Finch a divorce, §10,000 alimony and attorney's fees and costs and thecustody of their seventeen year oldson, George.Wilbur Nolin and Ernest Hawkins of Fowler and H. D.
