CANNOT WED FOR TWO YEARS.Nina Waltz, a comely young woman, was granted a divorce this morning in the sujfcrior court from Frank Waltz, but was prohibited from marrying for a period of two years. The emit was brought on the ground of desertion and failure to support for a period of more than two years, and as personal service of the court process could not be obtained notice was given the husband by publication. The law givee the court the right, where service is obtained by publication, to prohibit the party obtaining the decree from contracting another marriage within a specilied period.
