Wheeler finished the work of'the September term of the Mills ‘ county district court here Friday and returned to his home in Council Bluffs. During the past three weeks he cleared the docket of many cases including the disposition of several. probate matters. Actions of the court during this term, not previously reported include the following:• Hazed Massinger was granted an absolute divorce from Francis Messingeron the ground of cruelty and is given the custody of three minor daughters. The two minor sons are to he placed in homes of relatives and the plaintiff and defendant are to have joint custody pf'them.
