Rarboar, living at the Hotel Belvedere, was sued for absolute divorce In the Circuit Court yesterday by his wife, Iilly G. Barbour, through William Colton, attorney. They were married February 20, 1900, In Washington. I. C.. and lived together In Baltimore until the 12th Instant. The plalntif alleges that her bus-l«nd has abandoned her and has been unfaithful.Mrs. Barbour alleges that her husband receives $500 a month rent from his property In Washington and that he Is worth at least 1100,000. Mrs. Barbour also declares that she Is without means, excepting household furniture.An order signed by Judge Dennis requires Mr. Barbour to show cause by October why he should not l»e required to pay his wife f*25 a week alimony pending the •ult and |250 counsel fee.' On the ground of abandonment William M West, 438 Twenty-third street, was granted an absolute divorce yesterday from Ijiura West. They were married February 9. 1891, and lived together until April 24, 1901.John W. Glover, a laborer. 405 East 1’ratt street, Hlghlandtown. was granted an absolute dlvorre from Rehah J. Glover on the ground of abandonment. They were married September HO, 1880, and separated February 7, 1890.On the same ground Margaret B. Cooker. 789 West Saratoga street, was granted ai? absolute divorce from Eugene F. Cooker • nd the custody of their child. They were gnarrled March 15, 1900. and separated July 5. 1901.Aliaolute divorces were applied for In the Circuit Court by Robert M. Maglnnles from Blanche S. Waglnnlss and by Catherine L. Jluslok from James II. Buslck.
