GRANDMOTHER TO KEEP CHILD FOR PERIOD OF 1 YEARCustody of Marvin Louis, minor son of Henry F. and Irene Sehlim-mer, was awarded temporarily to the paternal grandmother. Mrs Gertie T. ScMimmcr, by District Judge W. H. Maines today at the conclusion of a court hearing in which tbe child's mother obtained a divorce from the father on the grounds of cruelty.The court order provides that the grandmother nhall have the tern-pQrary custody for at least one year or until such time as the mother may remit try when the court win determine the - future custody of the child.
