Three new divorce complaints were filed in Rush circuit courtFriday afternoon.Edwin Bunch of Glenwood entered a divorce action against Florence Bunch. The suit sets out that the couple was married April 9, 1939, and separated in the spring of 1940. They haveno children.Bunch charges that his wifeassociated with other men.Hazel Pierce of Lewisville, R. R. 1, filed a complaint against Fred Pierce. According to the complaint, the couple was married June 18, 1918, and separated August 24, 1943.Mrs. Pierce accuses the defendant of being quarrelsome and abusive. She seeks a divorce j and custody of the couple’s 17-y*.ar-old daughter. 'A divorce suit was filed against Vernon Mosburg by Elizabeth Mosburg of Rushville township.The suit avers that the couplewas married April 16, 1924, and separated September 14, 1943.Mrs. Mosburg alleges that the defendant drank to excess, was abusive and that he failed to provide.
