In the Cir-cu.it Court, Boone county, in the Mtate of Indiana, Nature of Complaint, Divorce.TE IT KNOWN, That on this 16th day of O September. 1896. the above named plaintiff, by herattorueyii,filled In the offlce of the clerk of the Boone Circuit Court of Boone county, in the state of Indiana, her complaint against the above named defendant, and the said plaintiff having also filed in aald clerkâs offlce the affidavit of a competent person, showing that aald defendant, Cfccar Deatley not a resident of the atate of Indiana, and whereas aald plaintiff having by endorse-menton said oomplalnt required aald defendant to appear In aald court, and answer or demur thereto, on the J6 day of October 188U.Now therefore, by order of aald eourL said defendant last above named,Oscar Deatley, la hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against him and that unless he appears and answers or demure thereto,at the calling of the aald cause on the 86th day of October, 1890, the same being the 48th Judicial day of aterjn of aald court, to be begun and held at the court bouse in Lebanon, on the first Monday In September, 1890, said complaint and the matters and things therein contained and alleged will be token as true and the said cause will be heard and determined in his absenoe. .JESSE g.
