Both the defend fcnt and plaintiff are residents of Henry county and were married in Baltimore township in Sept. 1V00, and lived tog rth* •r until Christmas of the same year, when Mrs. Hemiok deserted her hu8 and and still refuses to live with him. Kemiek asks for a divorce on the /rounds of desertion, and asks the court to restore to him all the rights ind privileges of a single man. One I child was born to them, which recently died.
