NOTICK OF SALE UNDER CHATTEL MORTGAGEWHEREAS, The Los Angeles Elastic Pulp Plaster Company executed and delivered to me on the second day of March, 1908, a note calling for Eighteen Hundred Dollars (.$1800.00) and interest on the same from March 1st, 1908, at Eight per cent (8 per cent) per annum, payable quarterly, and which note provides that, in case of default in the payment of interest, the whole principal sum should become due and payable; and,WHEREAS. The installment of interest due June 1st, 1908, has not been paid; and,WHEREAS, In accordance with! the terms of said note, 1 have declared the same to be due and payable and have made demand upon the Los Angeles Elastic Pulp Plaster Company for payme'nt of the same; and,WHEREAS, The Los Angeles Elastic Pulp Plaster Company did, to secure said note, did execute and deliver to me a certain chattel mortgage, under date of March 2 9th, 1908, and which chattel mortgage is recorded in Rook 2 3 of Chattel Mortgages, page 315, Records of Riverside County, California, to which record reference is hereby made.NOW THEREFORE, By virtue of the riglits granted to me- by said chattel mortgage, 1 will sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest, bidder, on the tenth day of October,1 908, at the hour of 2 p. in., in front of the building situated on Lots Eighteen (IS) and Nineteen (19) of Dyer’s Subdivision of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Fifty-eight (58) of the City of Corona, County of Riverside, State of California, the following described property, to-wit:1 Engine, installed.1 Boiler, installed.1 Pump, installed. |1 30-inch Burr, installed. j1 18-inch Burr, not installed.
