Pomeroy of North Windham granted several divorces in York County Superior Court on August 21 and 22 which were not released until this week. Among those which became final at once were the following on grounds of cruel and abusive treatment:Norma E. Spaulding. Biddeford from Richard Spaulding. Thom-aston. The decree declared that “the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between Norma E. Spaulding and Richard A. Spaulding have been disolved iv the conviction of Richard A. Sapuld-ing of the crime of murder at the January, 1962, term of York County Superior Court and the February 2, 1962, sentence of imprisonment for his natural life and hi.s confinement in the Maine State Prison at Thomaston. said judgement now in full force and effect.” The Spauldings were married June 17, 1961, in Kennebunk-port.
