Eppard This Morning Filed Suit For Divorce From Ira D.Eppaid.ASKS FOR CUSTODY OF SONAlleging that her husband has failed to properly provide for her and her two children for more than two years paat, May B. Eppard this morning by her attorney, McHenry Owen, filed suit in the Lawrence circuit court for a divorce from Ira D. Eppard.In the complaint it is alleged that the couple were married May 2, 1892 and lived together as huaband and wife until April 1907. That he has failed to properly provide for the plaintiff and that in April, 1907 he abandoned tha plaintiff.She asks for the custody of her Bon and an absolute divorce and that tha name of May B. Young be raatored to her.
