Bond in the sum of $200 was required, but she couid not secure It, ind on Saturday she was brought to jail by Constable BiddlsonA transcript from the docket of Justice B VV King, of Tumble township, was filed in common pleas court T uesday Augusta Devore is charged with living in a state of adultery with one Orvil Jewett. The defendant* stood trial and the evidence was such thatJustice King bound here over to courtin the sum of $200 Being unable tofurnish this sum she was brought tothe county jail, when* she will remain until the court can act upon the case.On August 30, Charles Nichols made affidavit that the Devore woman, who is the wife of Wilson Devore, has beenliving in the state of adultery with one Orvil Jewett since about Febru ary !1905. more than two years Hhe w as arrested and arraigned before Justice Wing on August 30, and enter*ed a plea of not guilty to the chargeabove mentioned. A continuance of the case was ordered until September
