FLOYD CIRCUIT COURT.Nancy Sago has filed suit for divorce from her hAsband Henry Sago. Cruel treatment is alleged. The plaintiff also aska for a restraining order for protection ftom het husband, whom she fears may do her bodily harm when be is releasedfrom jail, where he is confined for assaulting her. She also asks for the custody of an infant child born of the marriage and $1,000 alimony. The parties were married October 20,1800, and sep aratsd August 31, 1893, on which date plaintiff alleges that the defendant brutally assaulted her.
