^-Wants a Divorce From Ferry.Perry Gillam was sentenced to the penitentiary for five years, October 10,1889. He has yet three years to serve and the chances are that when he gains his liberty he will find himself free to wed.The little woman who stood by Perry so faithfully pending his trial for criminal assault, has concluded that she wants no more of him and asks that the circuit court divorce her and gbeher the custody of their one child, Jesse H. Gillam, who is now nearly three years of age. The Gil-lams were married in December, 1883.
