Louis and Suburban. The following were elected directors: Henry Wrape, JosephSaunter, H. M Dittoe, B. B. Harris and J. F. Johnston. The followin? have been elected officers: Henry Wrape, president: Joseph Saunter, vice-president; H. M DKtoe, secretary and treasurer and J. F. Johnston, manager. The company will start service next Monday, to all polnta on the system. Including Alton. Mr. Johnstoq. was formerly of Alton and B, B. Harris lives here.
