D. 5, Medina, ck | —Joseph Gaynor, of Cleveland, filed suit in common pleas court, Friday, asking a divorce from Mrs. Jennie Gaynor. of Medina, Route 4. The petition states that the couple were married in January. 1913, and have three children, Michael, an adult, who resides in Cleveland and with whom the father lives, and Philip, aged 18, and Helen, aged 15, who live with the mother.
