Parker, one of the wealthiest and most prominent farmers in Shelby County, owning about eight hundred acres * t land, besides a large amount of personal property* Mrs. Parker also asks for an injunction restraining the defendant from disposing of his property. Mrs. Parker-is hit second wife, and they have been married almost thirty years, having in that time five children, four of whom are living, three being over twenty-one years of age. Mr*. Parker alleges cruel and inhuman treatment on the part of the 'defendant*whose house she has left. The complainant , dsmands $15,000 allimony. •
