Is the Plea of Mrs. Iicnjamin Shea to District CourtMrs. Benjamin Shea has come into the distiict court to ask ror a divorce front her husband on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, drunkenness, etc. She claims that the defendant lias made threats of violence toward her peison and she accordingly asks the court lor an Injunction to icstrain him fiom coming on the premises.The parties have live minor children and the plaintiff vants the custody of these. She prays the court to allow her $50 temporary and $10 permanent alimony.
