Temporary Alimony Given Mrs. ThompsonJudge Georgo R. Lilly ‘of the Southern Judicial Circuit handed down an order this morning awarding temporary alimony of $250 per month to Mrs. C. L. Thompson, Jr., and her children.A divorce action is pending in the court and this is for temporary relief for the wife and children. Altman and Johnson, conducting the case for M»-s. Merle Thompson the plaintiff, was awarded a fee of two hundred dollars.Mrs. Thompson gets also the use of the local homo on ,M«»n-ticello Road;until a final settlement Is provided, which win he when the divorce is heard by the Court.
