Wherefor, the plaintiff is suing for divorce and also for the custody of a daughter. Nellie Murphy, and asks court to adjudge her property for support and maintenance.In the suit for collection of a debt, the plaintiff, Martha Murphy, alleges that she had to support and educate three children, namely. Rose, Grace and Nellie and claims that the cost of doing so lias amounted to $4,150, and that the defendant has failed tomaintain the children and send them to school.
