Debaun, of t Hendricks township, against her buss’ band, Lewis Debaun, now a resident e of this city. Mrs. Debaun also asks- for the custody of the daughter, ^ Laura, aged twelve, and for an al-a lowance of two dollars per week for r the child’s support.f The couple were married March i. 11, 1903, and the plaintiff alleges that the defendant abandoned her- June 23, 1911. She also asserts that © he. had abandoned her on two for-a mer occasions before the final separ-r ation. She alleges that the defend-- ant failed to support her, xjursed and e abused her and falsely accused her of r being intimate with other men.
