ASSA1LT WITH W FBRK CAUSE DF SUITBelle Grismore Is asking for $5,-000 damages from Frank Grismore in a suit “filed in the circuit court by her attorneys, McCormick McCormick. She charges that on August 23, 1911, the defendant did, in a rude, insolent- and angry manner, unlawfully strike, beat and wound her with a table fork, with which he struck and jabbed her in the face and above and below the eye inflicting a painful wound from which she suffered great pain.
