In the District Court.Two more divorce cases wrere filed yesterday for the November term of district court. Nellie Bush asks divorce‘from Ernest M. Bush, whom she married at Davenport in 1914. They have one child, Richard, now four! months of age. Plaintiff charges cruelty, and asks for a writ of attachmentto the amount of $2,000 on personal j property, and further asks temporaryalimony of $10 per week.Sadie Sullivan also charge# cruelty in her action for divorce against War- ,ren D. Sullivan. The couple were married in Marion December 30, 1914, and ; have a son, Elmer, 3 years of age.; * Plaintiff wants suitable alimony and j asks the restoration of her maiden ! name, Sadie Ritchie.
