AGAINST THE PLAINTIFF-v'rfl-i Z-~ ■* • • .» K* «;» .--- —Judge Marquis Makes Findings I in Schulz Case in Favorof Wife.The findings of the court in the case of John Schulz, plaintiff, againstL’ertha Schulz, defendant, for divorce have been issued by Judge Marquis.Judge Marquis does not make the same findings as did the jury in the case, but holds that the plaintiff is not entitled to a divorce and that the defendant is, and on the grounds of nilful neglect and desertion. Thus Bertha Schulz is entitled to a decree against her husband, the plaintiff on cue grounds of desertion and neglect.Judge Marquis further allows Mrs. Schulz one of the three houses belonging to John Schulz in this city, ihe choice of which one to be her s, and $250 in money and her attorney fee, also $250. The child, (Iraee Schulz is given into the custody of her maternal grandmothei, Bertha Mediger, and the plaintiff is to pay Mrs. Mediger the sum of $15 a month and such other expenses as may benecessary until the child become of age.
