Moore Faces Charge Of Desertion HereCharges of desertion and abandonment of wife and children were filed Thursday in Palo Alto County District court against William F. Moore of Em-mclsburg.The charges were brought a gains I Moore by his wife, Car-: oi Ann Moore. The couple have | three children.1 M o o r e waived preliminary : hearing in Justice of the Peace j E. S. Ellis’s court and posted $1,500 bond. In the petition,' she charged the desertion took place in early October. Moore was taken into custody by Sheriff Dick Miller’s office.
