Clark, of Los Angeles, held a majority of tho stock. It is understood that the Keaton plant ta valued at half a million dollars With Its equipment and business associationsA near board of directors, consisting of the Controlling group In the Southwestern Engineering com peny, has been elected with only pas of the former board of the Newton Process company included.J. P. Kobernick. who will continue as general manager of the plant, is on the new board of directors, which Includes A. D. Men-efee, president; George TV. Burnett, secretary; b. M.
