AHec Stroup, n minor, through Martinet Specht, filed an amendedpetition in common pleas court Tuesday asking divorce from Wil-Hum Stroup, formerly of Middletown. They were married December 2. 1922.| She soys they went to live with his parents until he could finance a home but ho told her Inter ahe would have to live and there If she I war not satisfied she could leave I him. |Mrs. Stroup charges he struck and boat her, gave her no money with which to buy clothing. One night he went out and did not return until the following mom'ng, she nl-; leges, when ho admitted to his mother ho had been to White City park.Association with another married woman at his home during her absence is also charged, She asks restoration of her maiden name, Specht. They have been separated since April 5 when she went to live with her mother, she says.
