* DIVORCE GRANTEDCarrie ( hambers, Logan Ht. 4, has been granted a divorce in'Common Pleas Court from Harley L. Chambers on grounds of extreme cruelty. The defendant was ordered to pay $8 50 per week each t for the support of four minor j children, to pay $8.50 per week to Mrs Flemnn Scott for the support of a minor child, and another ! minor child was awarded to the | defendant's custody. It was fur- j thor ordered by Judge Harley Meyer that household goods and , furnishings accumulated by the j i parties during their marriage be given to the plaintiff as alimony, that the defendant transfer to the plaintiff a quit claim deed granting her a life estate in his undivided one half interest in real property in ■ Falls Twp , that the do-i fondant pay all obligations created during the marriage and outstand-i ing at the time the divorce peti*| tion was filed, that the defendant is to have suitable visitation rights !| with the minor children and that I the defendant pay court costs.
