H. Sutphen issued two decrees of divorce and a decree quieting title. Mary Lee Mintun was awardedone fora decree of divorce from Charles Virgil Mintun. The couple married at Kimberly, Nov. 2, 1939. and have lived in Hailey for the past several months. Mintun having been employed by the Triumph Mining company. The decree awards Mrs. Mintun the custody of their sons Jcrrv, 0, and Tommy, 3; $20.00 a month for their support; and certain community household furnishings.Plaintiff was represented by attorney S.
