H. Sutphen issued two decrees of divorce and a decree quieting title.Mary Lee MJntun was awarded a decree of divorce from Charles Virgil Mintun. The couple married at Kimberly, Nov. 2, 1939. and have lived In Hailey for the past several months, Mintun having been employed by the Triumph Mining company.
