Suit For Maintenance.Allie Shumate today' filed suit against John W. Shumate and G. T. Jarvis, receiver of the Air Line Compauy, for maintenance. She alleges she and Schumafce were married March 5, 1890, and lived together until September 23, j 1897, when he deserted her. She avers he*is employed as brakeman on the Air Line and receives $80 per month and she asks that he be compelled to give her $120 now dne her husband and $40 per month for the support of herself and child of whom she asks the custody.
