A number of probate matters occupied the attention of the district court Tuesday, and decrees were signed in several law cases. The final report in the matter of the estate of Junie Sehertz was approved. O. I). Githens was appointed administrator of the William 11. Githens estate. A judgment on a note was given the plaintiff in the case of The Century Savings bank vs.!O. A. Giltner. In the case of Julius Altman vs. The American Commercial Travelers the plaintiff was awarded ajudgment of $141.42 with interest andcosts.A decree was signed in the case of Jesse Ross vs. C. H. Winchester, a suit to quiet title. Divorces were granted inthe cases of John Gee vs. Marv Gee,_____ *Audrey May Stokes vs. William A. Stokes, Elsie A. Butler vs. Albert V. Butler and Vernon L. Deshong vs. Nora Desliong. A decree was signed in the ease of George W. Harvey vs. Edmund Thompson, a suit to quiet title.
