Judge Clears Superior Court Docket of Suits m Which Prosecution Lags .Judge Riillou pave the divorco evil a setback: yesterday afternoon when he dismissed 64 divorce actions In superior court for want of prosecution.The suits were oil filed prior to January 2lr 3921. and no action had been taken in any of t2iem for the past aix months. The attorneys in j gtho cases had been notified that un-igIcsb they took some action the suits would be cleared off the docket.Many hitter charges made by husbands and wives In moments of angor. many long sheets of Jogol paper. many fees that once loomed for industrious attorneys went into discard with the action of the court.
