ASKS DIVORCE AND HER MAIDEN NAME RESTORED.Charging cruPl and inhuman treat*ment, Mrs. Laura A. Boltinghousehas brought suit for divorce from herhusband, Oscar Boltinghouse. East East are her attorneys. She saysthat they were married on August14, 1911 and separated June 25, 1914.that her husband was very profane land cursed and abused her, calling her vile and ugly names in the presence of others. Further, she says that he was lazy and refused to work and that he failed to provide for her support for more than two years past. On account of his failure to provide for her and her daughters she says that she was forced to earn her own living by I working at her occupation as basket* I maker. She was formerly the wife of a man by the name of Branam and it was by this former marriage that the daughters were born. She asks that her name of Laura A. Branam be restored to her. Boltinghouse has left this state and the last heard of him, he was in Newton, Kansas. He recently won a suit against the Monon railroad for damages and when he received his check from the railroad, it is understood that he left.
