Public RecordRock CountyArrests■ An 11-YEAR OLD JANESVILLE BOYreferred to juvenile authorities on a charge of battery Friday. He is accused of using a lighter to bum the eyebrows and hair of a 9-year-old Janesville boy in the 200 block of Center Avenue in Janesville on Oct. 17 in an apparent * gang retaliation.Intoxicated driving arrests■ CHERYL J. LOVE, 34, of 1024 Bingham, Janesville, at 3:30 a.m. Saturday at Bingham Avenue and Delavan Drive in Janesville. She also was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and theft. She is accused of taking the car of aMilton woman with whom she had been dnnking. Money in the car was missing.Reported■ BURGLARY— at Mercy South, 849 Kellogg, Janesville, at 2:49 a.m. Saturday. Police responded to a burglar alarm to• discover two smashed windows. Nothing was reported missing. A Janesville - man was taken into custody on a probation hold in connection with the incident.■ BURGLARY - in the 600 block of South Mam Street in Janesville sometime between Oct. 3 and 20 The landlord reported damage to a door, a window and a bus window Fnday. No entry was made.Accidents■ HIGHWAY 14 AND NORTH PONTIACDRIVE - Tina D. Anderson, 17, of 1728 Hoover, Janesville, and her passenger, Amy J. Bonk. 17, of 3116 Midvale, Janesville, were treated and released from Mercy Hospital on Fnday after a three-car accident at about 5 p.m. Laura A. Olmstead, 33, Watertown, was cited for felling to yield the right of way while making a left turn. The driver of the third car, Tamela L Haling, 28, of 1800 N.
