and dark trousers.IS GRANTED DIVORCE FROM BED AND BOARDRose Martell, 49, Menasha, was granted a divorce from bed and board from her husband, Joseph N. Martell, 59, former desk sergeant of the Menasha police force, yesterday afternoon in county court. The action was not contested.The defendant was convicted of a felony and sentenced to the state prison at Waupun Feb. 23, 1937. Divorce proceedings started in 1936 were later dropped. The couple married in 1910.Mrs. Martell was given custody of the seven minor children., ,Two children are of age. She was. given the household furniture.Simon J. Horwitz appeared for the plaintiff.
