CIRCUIT COURT NEWS.Rosetta Grubb of Bethe) township, this county, has filed suit in the.Posey circuit court through her attorney, Fred P. Leonard, asking lor a divorce from her husband, William Grubb, on the grounds of inhuman and cruel treatment. Besides abusing her the plaintiff alleges in her complaint that her husband even threatened to take her life. The two were married in 1915 and separated the tenth of this month. One child, a son, William, was born to the union.
