_NEWS OF THE COUNTY COURTNovember Term of Court Will Not Be Held—Two Divorce Cases.Archie M. Carey of Union, who pleaded guilty to a charge of fornication and bastardy, and was placed under bail for a further nearing, was sentenced to a $10 fine and costs on Monday, and dir. ected to pay $4 per week towards the support of the private prosecutor’s child. He was placed under bond for compliance with the order.A decree of divorce was granted on Monday in the case of Lewis H. Clark of Delmar against Myrtle E. Clark, and in the case of Roy R. Bacon, of Wellaboro, against Elizabeth Morley Bacon.Frank Musto, of Elkland, lodged in the county ^ail on a liquor charge, pleaded guilty before the court and was placed on probation for one year. Hia wife, Myrtle Musto, arrested and lodged in jail, on a simular charge, at the samej time, was given a suspended sentence for a further appearance at court. ;Because of the repairs on the courthouse, which will not be completed at that lime, the regular ' November term of court will be omitted. No regular sessions have been held since last January.
