DIVORCE IS GRANTED^ ,Cora E. Hardy was grantdS a divorce from Paul C. Hardy in the superior court this afernoon. Adultery was charged in the complaint. Hardy was ordered to pay $74^ in weekly payment of $15 to the plaintiff as judgment in a charge of wife deser: tion which was filed against him some time ago. Attorney Oscar Jay represented the plaintiff, while Attorney R. E. Proctor was engaged by the plaintiff.
